Owner alerts: Telegram, Slack, email
Quick answer
Owner alerts notify you (the product owner) when checks go down, recover, or hit stability milestones—not your status page subscribers. Channels: email, Telegram (StillOnline bot), and Slack (incoming webhook). Free picks one channel; Pro ($9/mo) and Ultimate ($29/mo) can enable all configured channels. Alerts are throttled (about 15 minutes) to reduce noise.
Benefits
- Telegram for indie founders — mobile push without a full on-call stack.
- Slack for small teams — post failures to
#incidents. - Email fallback — works everywhere.
- Separate from customer comms — owners vs status page subscribers.
- Recovery notifications — know when to close the laptop.
How it works
- Open account settings.
- Enable owner alerts and choose events: down, recovered, 24h stability.
- Connect Telegram via bot link or paste Slack webhook URL.
- On Free, select one primary channel (email, Telegram, or Slack).
- On Pro/Ultimate, turn on every channel you configured.

FAQ
Is Discord supported?
Not as a native owner alert channel today. Use Slack or Telegram, or forward email.
What is “priority notifications” on Ultimate?
Marketing language for paid multi-channel alerts. There is no separate faster delivery tier in code versus Pro.
Can I alert on SSL expiry?
SSL check failures trigger the same owner alert flow as HTTP down events.
